The Irish Patients' Association is saddened by the news today at the death of Vicky Phelan.

A woman, mother, friend, and a warrior patient advocate who fearlessly upheld patients’ rights and spoke truth to power.  

We join in the outpouring of sympathy to her family, Jim, Amelia and Darragh and to her Mam and Dad, her sisters and brothers and her extended family and friends.
